Recommendation 4 - A Programme for Action

The Diocese of Wrexham's Safeguarding arrangements are governed by the National Policies for the Dioceses of England and Wales.
A Diocesan Safeguarding commission oversees the work in the Diocese.
It meets four times a year.

The Bishop has appointed a Safeguarding Co-ordinator to support parishes in implementing safe arrangements to protect children and vulnerable adults - Mr Chris Corcoran c/o Bishop's House.

In each of the parishes of the Diocese at least one person is identified as the Parish Safeguarding Representative. Their names and contact details are displayed on the Church premises.
