The Commission has members from Flint, Rhyl and Colwyn Bay deaneries and would welcome members from the remaining unrepresented deaneries in the diocese.
The Commission meets about 8 times per year. At our meetings we discuss any marriage and family related ideas and initiatives and help the worker to promote these across the Diocese.
We keep marriage and the family high on the agenda for the Diocese by regularly meeting with the Bishop.
In our own parishes we try to encourage family friendly initiatives and promote the work of the Commission.
We run the Advent Family Day yearly and are heavily involved in the preparation and delivery of the day.
