Job Vacancy - Director of Education
The Bishop of Wrexham and Trustees of the Diocese seek to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated practising Catholic to the post of Diocesan Director of Education to develop, lead and inspire Catholic Education across the whole of North Wales.
Contract: Part Time (0.6) Permanent
Remuneration: Pro rata commensurate to current salary.
Required for January 2019 or earlier if possible
We require:
A committed Catholic with a clear vision of and proven senior management skills in Catholic Education.
The vision to enhance the Catholic identity of our schools through the curriculum and the ethos of the school.
The drive to strategically lead and develop Catholic Education across the Diocese.
The ability to support and innovate the professional development of schools’ staff.
The energy, personal and inter-personal skills to develop the leadership of governors.
The realism to be self-motivated and to inspire colleagues for the good of the children.
A commitment to motivate and further strengthen school and parish links.
